Red and black plaid holiday dress with round neckline and short puff sleeves. Black velvet waistband with plaid bow attached to long tie back sash. Plaid skirt with velvet trim at the bottom. Dress is fully lined and includes a layer of crinoline for added fullness in the skirt.  Tea length.
