This is made with cotton/spandex fabric with fireworks print. Dress features a faux button up placket, double flutters, double ruffle, and eyelet fabric. Back is open with a “bow” at the upper back. Has a high low hemline with the front being vintage length (above the knee) and back hitting at the knee. Comes with shorties. Note: Model is tall and wearing size 4t.
