Gorgeous 70’s mini dress by Rue Jolie New York. Beautiful light pink color with deep V crossover neckline and attached amazing sheer pink ruffled capelet. Has elastic waistline and material has a good amount of stretch to it. This has been hemmed shorter from original length. Such a great dress, from my personal collection!
